Contact
One address, read by a person. There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing your details, and we would rather not.
Write in English where you can. We read everything that arrives. We are a small team and cannot promise a reply by a set date, but a clear report of a wrong number is the message we answer first.
Reporting a wrong number
This is the message we most want to receive, so please make it easy to act on. Tell us:
- Which mode — Test score, Weighted grade, Final exam or Teacher table.
- Exactly what you entered, including your grading scale if you changed it.
- What the site showed and what you expected.
With those three things we can reproduce it in a minute. Without them we usually cannot.
If your school's number disagrees with ours, that is still worth sending — but read why your calculated grade differs from your gradebook first. Most of those differences come from a school policy rather than from the arithmetic, and that article names the five usual causes.
Suggesting a grading scale or a feature
The scale editor takes 2 to 12 rows with your own labels, which covers most real policies. If yours does not fit, tell us what it looks like and we will see what we can do.
Same for a calculation we are missing. Tell us the question you were trying to answer, not just the feature — it is more useful.
Privacy, cookies and data requests
See the privacy statement and the cookie notice first; they are short, and they say what the site actually does.
The calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere, so in normal use we hold no data about you at all. If you still have a question or want to make a data protection request, write to [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject line.
Press and permissions
Quoting a figure or a formula from this site, with a link back, is fine and needs no permission. For anything beyond that, ask. See terms.
What we cannot help with
We are not a school and we have no access to any school's records, so we cannot:
- tell you your official grade, or change one;
- tell you your school's rounding rule, dropped-score rule or letter thresholds — those are in your school's own grading policy;
- contact a teacher, department or exam board for you;
- give academic, legal or financial advice.
For anything in that list, your teacher, registrar or student services office is the right place. See the disclaimer.
